Lillian is a dual-purpose system designed to support both the Military and Non-Military Talent infrastructures.
Lillian provides the user with ground-breaking insights into the Competency, Character and Chemistry of people by harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence, Psychometric Assessments, and Machine Learning.
The current version of Lillian contains a Hiring module and a Team Analysis module with other modules coming online over the coming months.
Lillian is being used for the US Air Force to support career progression and to enhance training and development. Lillian’s Hiring module is being used with Veterans to provide the user with ground-breaking insights into the Competency, Character and Chemistry of Veterans by analyzing their DD-214s, resumes, and job requirements.
Lillian is being used with several Non-Military entities to increase hiring accuracy, decrease hiring time, increase team performance, and to enhance 1-on-1 coaching (to name a few).
