Lee Gimpel is the founder of Better Meetings and a professional facilitator. Previously, he spent a decade as Director of Development for LifeWise Strategies, a training and education company focused on helping professionals develop better programs, more authentic client connection, and dynamic classes. Earlier, he worked in Capital One’s training/knowledgebase department and spent part of his early career as a product manager on the tech conference circuit. He’s worked with clients such as the University of Kentucky, US Marine Corps (Quantico), US Ignite, and the National Endowment for the Arts. He holds a degree from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond with concentrations in international business and marketing.
